Understanding Mediation
Accreditation: OCN NI Level 2 Admission Criteria: Participants must be over 16 years old course duration: 20 hours (8 sessions of 2.5 hours)
Learning outcomes:
- Understand mediation and its role in conflict resolution
- Understand the role of a mediator
- Understand the mediator role in practice
- Understand the underlying principles of Mediation
- Understand your own suitability as a mediator
