Executive Council
The governance, management and administration of Youth Link: NI is carried out by its Executive Council.
Members of the Executive Council and Youth Link Honorary Officers are appointed by the relevant decision making bodies of its member churches, the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, the Church of Ireland, the Methodist Church in Ireland and the Roman Catholic Church.
Three Honorary Office Bearers are elected to serve on the Council: these being a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Honorary Treasurer.
Council members are appointed for a period of three years, once renewable. Executive Council members appointed to an Honorary Officer post may extend their tenure to a maximum of four years.
Membership of the Executive Council is made up as follows: 8 representatives from the Roman Catholic Church; 4 representatives from the Presbyterian Church; 4 representatives from the Methodist Church; 4 representatives from the Church of Ireland; and 1 representative from other Church bodies, as appointed by those Churches or their respective relevant decision making bodies.

Mr Paul Brown, Mr Neil Harrison, Ms Barbara McDade & Mr Graeme Thompson.
Catholic Representatives:
Ms Mary Goodall, Rev Raymond McCullagh, Mr Matthew McFadden, Ms Danielle McWall (Treasurer), Mr Dominic O'Reilly, Rev Martin O'Reilly & Ms Anita Ryan.
Church of Ireland Representatives:
Mr Andrew Brannigan, Mr Peter Hamill (Vice Chairperson) & Ms Sharon Hamill.
Methodist Representatives:
Mrs Rosemary Dorman, Ms Lisa McPherson, Rev Dr David Rock (Chairperson) & Dr Ian Taylor.
Chairperson of Youth Link: NI, 2011 & 2012
David is the Team Leader of the Department of Youth & Children's Work in the Methodist Church in Ireland. He has an MA in Youth Ministry and Theological Education and a Doctor of Ministry in Youth, Family and Culture as well as over 20 years experience of youth work in the church context.

Mr Peter Hamill
Peter is Diocesan Training Co-ordinator for Connor Diocese in the Church of Ireland. He is a qualified teacher and has an MA in Education (Lifelong Learning). He has over 20 years experience in youth work in the church, voluntary, and statutory sector.

Mrs Danielle McWall
Danielle is a Lecturer in Accounting at University of Ulster at Jordanstown. She is a fully qualified chartered accountant, an audit director, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and has an MBA.
